If you have enrolled your patient with the incorrect connection plan and your patient’s connection status is still “pending”, please do the following:
- Open the patient’s profile
- Revoke patient’s access
- Choose to correct connection plan
- Press “order” to generate a new referral code
This new referral code should be entered by the patient into their Kardia app.
If your patient has connected to KardiaPro by entering the referral code generated with the incorrect connection, please follow the above steps and then contact kardiaprosupport@alivecor.com to resolve any billing charges that have been applied due to the error.
