After a patient’s connection period has ended, a new referral code needs to be created for the patient to renew their KardiaPro connection. To do this, select the patient’s profile from the patient directory. You will be directed to a page to select a connection plan. Choose the appropriate bundle and confirm by pressing “order” at the bottom of the page. This will generate a new referral code for your patient to enter into their Kardia application on their smartphone.
