An email address is required to enroll a patient into KardiaPro. If your patient does not have an email address or does not wish to provide you an email address, you can use a false email address for enrollment. However, a patient will still need an email address to create a Kardia account on their smartphone. They can use the same false email address that you used during enrollment if necessary.
Please note that this will make password resets difficult.
